A friend died in August last year and I am ignorant / look forward to, as the lawyer (executor) is dealing with the liquidation of the estate. To my friend's house in real estate owned, but it seems expensive for this market. If he is obliged to accept a lower offer price in a period of time? Billing is the broker for his "services" as time passes? Is it responsible to be the person in the will, which seems to draw the feet called by the process?
